Nathalie Jolette, MSW, RSW, OCSSWSW
Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist
Nathalie is the clinic’s owner. She has a 4-year bachelor’s degree in psychology and a 2-year master’s degree in social work. She has been working as a therapist in the mental health field for close to 25 years. She has experience treating a wide variety of mental health disorders, including Anxiety Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression & Trauma. She has worked with a spectrum of acuities, from clients with minor struggles, to those requiring hospitalization. Her preferred modalities include brainspotting, CBT, CPT, and DBT.

Occupational Therapist & Psychotherapist
Erin Ward, OT Reg (Ont)
Erin has a 4 year bachelor’s degree in psychology and a 2 year master’s degree in occupational therapy. She has been working as a therapist for the past 12 years. She has experience Treating acute mental illness, such as anxiety, BPD, depression & trauma. Erin trains consistently, to ensure she is using the most effective evidence based interventions. Erin’s preferred modalities include CBT, ACT, & motivational interviewing.


Karel Hermans, MSW, RSW
Karel is a Social Worker with 10 years of clinical experience and is our immigration therapy specialist. Karel moved to Canada from the Netherlands in 2010, after visiting Canada in 2009 and being drawn to the spaciousness of our country. Karel understands first hand the challenges that come with moving to a new country, feeling isolated, learning a new language and navigating the immigration process.
Over the last 16 years, he has settled in well and now helps newcomers process culture shock, relocation stress, and pre- or post-migration trauma.
He has extensive training in CBT and other areas of expertise include; Depression, Anxiety & Emotional Regulation. He is also well versed in Mindfulness & Meditation. Guillaume Tremblay, NP
Guillaume Tremblay is an NP (Nurse Practitioner) who has worked as a primary care practitioner for many years and has extensive experience diagnosing and treating mental health disorders. He is also part of the College of Nurses of Ontario. Guillaume is available for Shared Care consultations for registered clients of Resilience Counselling & Wellness. There are 3 levels of services; Initial Consultation, Follow Up, and Prescription Renewal Services. Please be aware that OHIP does not cover NP consultations at this time and there is a fee to access this service.
